The gentle logistics that hold our work together.
In-Person Events
From time to time I host workshops, circles and retreats. Each event has its own page with dates, location, pricing and what to bring. These terms apply to all in-person events unless the event page says otherwise.
Booking & payment
Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Some events require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot, with the balance due before the event begins.
Cancellations & refunds
5 or more days before the event — full refund. 3 to 4 days before the event — 50% refund. Less than 3 days before the event — no refund.
If you can't attend, you're welcome to pass your seat to another woman. Let me know in advance so I can prepare for her.
If I need to cancel or postpone an event for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or the option to move to the next date, whichever you prefer.
Refunds are returned to the card within 5–10 working days.
Consent & container
All events are trauma-aware and consent-based. Nothing is required of you physically; you choose your level of participation at every moment. What's shared in the room stays in the room.
Health & responsibility
By attending, you confirm you're participating of your own free will and take responsibility for your wellbeing during the event. Please let me know in advance about any physical, emotional or medical considerations so I can hold you well.
Changes to the event
In the rare case an event needs to be postponed or cancelled on my side, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
Coaching Sessions & Packages
Sessions are 75 minutes and take place online or in person in Paphos. Once you book, you'll receive a confirmation with the meeting link or location details.
Payment
Single sessions are paid in full before the session. Packages (3 or 10 sessions) are paid upfront and unlock a per-session discount. Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Rescheduling & cancellations
You're welcome to reschedule any session with at least 24 hours' notice at no cost. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the session are charged in full, as the time has been held for you.
Refunds
Single sessions are non-refundable once booked. For packages, unused sessions can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus the full price of any sessions already completed. After 14 days, packages are non-refundable but remain valid for the full 6-month window.
Confidentiality
Everything shared in our sessions stays between us. Coaching is forward-focused and not a substitute for therapy or medical care; if something arises that's better held by a licensed clinician, I'll say so and support you in finding the right fit.
